Serving Consortio Group as the Chief Executive Officer, John provides several years of experience and knowledge that allow him to oversee agency operations while also personally ensuring client satisfaction. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he moved to Omaha in 2000 to take on the role of Vice President at Aon Risk Services before joining Consortio Group. His insurance industry knowledge allows him to offer solid, confident insurance guidance to clients regarding risk management. His client base consists of both a local and international clientele.

As the Chairman for Consortio Group, Dick oversees the overall operations and develops sales opportunities that allow Consortio Group to provide effective insurance solutions to clients. A graduate of Creighton University, he is well-known throughout the Omaha community as a proficient insurance professional. His previous experiences with Aon Risk Services, Frank B. Hall and Alexander & Alexander poised him for his current role as Chairman where he continues to provide confident leadership and expertise within an ever-changing industry.

As Vice President for Consortio Group, Dave brings significant experience in proven risk management methods that result in dramatic claim and premium reductions. An Omaha resident since 1982 and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he began his insurance career working in the National Account claim investigation of a large multi national insurer. His superb knowledge and experience are derived from assisting clients both locally and internationally.

As an Independent Agent, Don provides diverse experience and in-depth industry knowledge to Consortio Group. After graduating from the University of Southern California and beginning his career with A.F. Ahmanson and Company, he eventually transferred to Omaha and served as Executive Vice President for National American Insurance Company. His status as an independent agent for the last three decades places Don in an excellent position to advise clients on both commercial and personal insurance.

Lee Ann oversees our Private Client practice which includes tailor made insurance solutions for home, autos, jewelry, fine arts, boats and personal umbrellas. She handles all aspects of personal lines including marketing, claims and providing excellent customer service for our personal lines customers.

Michelle is the Consortio Group’s Director of Customer Service. She is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service experience to Consortio’s commercial customers. Michelle does it all from reviewing polices, endorsements, providing certificates and auto ID cards. She also negotiates with insurance carriers on obtaining best terms and pricing for her customers. Michelle spent 15 years at a Grand Island agency as an Account Manager and then moved to Omaha where she spent time at a local agency prior to joining Consortio. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Nebraska – Kearney. She is married with one child.
Michelle is also a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

Jody is an Account Manager at Consortio Group. She is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service experiences to Consortio’s commercial customers. Jody assists customers with many of their questions, from billing, to certificates of insurance, to endorsements, to placing their polices with insurance carriers. She also is skilled in reviewing coverages and making sure customers obtain the proper coverages for their risks.
Jody spent 13 years at a global insurance broker as an account manager, and prior to that Jody worked at Liberty Mutual for 14 years as a customer service representative. Jody is married with five kids and two grandkids.

A Technical Consultant with Consortio Group, Larry is a nationally recognized expert in the area of loss control and risk management. After spending more than 25 years as a Senior Safety Specialist for Wausau Insurance Companies in Denver and Omaha, he now provides his valuable expertise to clients as an authorized OSHA Outreach trainer, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
